Fresh Fork Grill owner believes fast food shouldn't have to weigh you down or make you feel bad throughout the day. So they developed a menu to give Ceres, and the surrounding areas, a new option for clean eating that is tasty, affordable and healthy.
"We use only the best ingredients to build a great tasting lunch or dinner that fits into your busy schedule," says owner Jesus Martinez.
Martinez, who started with the restaurant as a cook, recently purchased the business from start-up owners Martin and Carmina Magallanes, who relocated out of state. He's committed to the Fresh Fork menu that promises their "food is never fried, never frozen and never fake. You’ll have a clean, nutritious meal without sacrificing any taste, in minute.
Customers can choose from brown or white rice, add veggies, and top off their bowl or plate with fresh chicken, beef, tofu or seafood that’s grilled right before their eyes.
